If you are having problems with your e-mail you may need to check your settings
To change your settings for Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook:
Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools
Click on Accounts
Make sure your email account is highlighted
Click Properties
Click on the Servers Tab
Make sure that the Outgoing & Incoming Mail Servers are mail.1dial.com
Note: That is the number one.
Your account name should be your FULL e-mail address (user@centralky.com)
Under Outgoing Mail Server
My server requires authentication SHOULD BE CHECKED.
Click apply and then click ok to save these settings.
Your e-mail should now work correctly.
